Who is responsible
The website operator, Martej, is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. For any privacy question or request, email hello@martej.com.
What information is used
When you use the contact form, the website receives your name, email address, message, the page where you submitted it, and the submission time. Cloudflare may also process technical request information such as an IP address and browser headers to deliver and protect the website.
Your light or dark theme preference is stored only in your browser. This site currently uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why it is used
Contact details and messages are used to reply to your enquiry, understand the work you are asking about, and take steps you request before entering a contract. Basic technical data is processed for the legitimate interest of operating a secure, reliable website.
Email delivery and your copy
Submitting the form sends the enquiry to hello@martej.com. It also sends a confirmation email to the address you provide, including a copy of your message. ToSend handles this transactional email delivery.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the contact request. ToSend delivers the resulting emails. The relevant email providers then handle the messages in their normal course of service. Information is shared only as needed for those purposes; it is not sold or used here for advertising.
These providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards apply to those transfers.
How long enquiries are kept
Enquiries that do not lead to work are normally deleted within 12 months. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant correspondence may be kept for the duration of that relationship and longer where legal, accounting, or dispute requirements apply.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to its use. Email hello@martej.com to make a request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia or your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
This page will be updated when the website's data use or service providers change. The date above shows the latest revision.
